The eatery Esslokal is just a few steps away from the exhibition house, and located in our »second house« at Hauptplatz 16 (which also houses the hall and the library). The outdoor restaurant area - with its central walnut tree offers an airy alternative in the summer months.
With Barbara and Roland Huber a veritable »dream team« took over the restaurant at the beginning of 2020.
The three toques from Gault&Millau in the 2021-Guide were the first recognition of the class of the kitchen and the extraordinarily friendly and professional service offered to the guest. In the 2022-Guide the Esslokal was even voted »Rising Star of the Year 2022« (⇒ Gault&Millau)
